ABLETON USER GROUP - LIVE SET SHOWCASE The Ableton User Group is a hub for creative people, no matter what DAW or style. Every last Wednesday of the month, we gather for workshops on electronic music production and for listening sessions where anybody can bring their own tunes to hear them played on IFZ’s massive system. Come November, we are facing our last session in your favorite temple of bass, and we will make it count by showcasing what we love about electronic music production: interesting approaches to production, gear and playing live. We have curated a bag of surprises, brimful with heavy black glittering confetti. Come over for a set of six versatile and daring live sets of artists approaching playing from very different angles, and for hanging out with us one more time. All levels, styles and formats are welcome. We meet regularly at IfZ (Institut fuer Zukunft, An den Tierkliniken 38-40), where we have access to the club soundsystem to rehearse projects and sets for mastering — and we practice, listen and network together to create a community.
